Duplicate Cleaner supports previewing PDF thumbnails, but this does require Adobe Acrobat to be installed. Acrobat Reader can be installed for free.

 

Once installed, In Acrobat Preferences->General set "Enable PDF Thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer". 

This displays preview thumbnails in Windows Explorer, and Duplicate Cleaner also.
