The hash tool is a standalone tool for calculating file hashes.
To calculate hashes, you can select files or folders using the buttons below the list. Alternately you can drag files from Windows Explorer directly onto the tool.
You can choose the hash type using the dropdown menu above the list. Clicking the 'Refresh list' button will recalculate all the files in the list according to the current hash.
Hashes can be copied to the Windows clipboard by selecting one or more rows and clicking the 'Copy : Hash' or 'Copy: Hash,File Name' buttons.
Grouping duplicate hashes
Duplicate hashes can be grouped by clicking the Group : Hash checkbox above the list.
